During periods when the Hotel Relax Torreruja is open, all guests at the Villas can use the following services free of charge:
- Free Wi-Fi in the reception, swimmingpool and snack-bar areas
- unattended private parking
- the central seawater swimming pool with sun loungers and lifeguard service
- reception open 24 hours per day with all major credit cards accepted (open at prearranged times when the hotel is closed)
- after dinner, piano bar by the pool
- outdoor fitness area
- A short distance from the hotel there are exclusive wooden solariums complete with mattresses and parasols set around delightful sheltered bays featuring the red rocks that are typical of this stretch of coastline.
The hotel’s opening dates may be different from those published. Should this be the case, guests staying in the Villas can make use of the services and facilities at the Hotel Marinedda Thalasso & SPA 5 star a few hundred metres away. Pets not allowed.
The prices do not include utilities and final cleaning (mandatory) which should be paid on arrival:
Utilities: € 70.00 per week per person which includes water, gas, electricity, linen (bed/bathroom: 1 set of bed linen and 2 bathroom sets, kitchen linen not supplied). Complimentary beach towels and bathrobes for adults. Children from 0 to 23 months free.
Final cleaning: € 140.00 for A, € 150.00 B type Villas, € 160,00 for the Villa Tamerici and Villa Lisandri, € 170,00 for the Li Feruli, Gli Olivastri and Romasinu Villas, € 190.00 for Asinara, Lentischio and Canneddi Villas and € 220.00 for Villa Tinnari and Le Pleiadi. The fridge, kitchenware and cooking area should be left clean on departure or € 120.00 will be deducted from the deposit.
Obligatory deposit of € 300.00 per villa to be left on arrival (refundable on departure).
Midweek cleaning (optional) to be requested and paid for on site: € 80.00 for A, € 85.00 B type Villas, € 90.00 for the Villa Tamerici and for Villa Lisandri, € 95.00 for Li feruli, Gli Olivastri and Romasinu Villas, € 105.00 for Villa Asinara, Lentischio and Villa Canneddi, € 120.00 for Villa Tinnari and Le Pleiadi.

Outside operator services:
Just 200 metres from the Hotel Relax Torreruja in the village of Isola Rossa there is a public beach with beach service offering umbrellas and sun loungers (payment required), shops, pizzerias, bars with live music, evening markets, tennis courts, five-a-side football, diving, car, scooter and bike rental, dinghy and pedalò hire. Sea excursions on request and rubber dinghy rentals available from Isola Rossa marina (external service). 2 kms away there is Aquafantasy, a watersports park with fun for all the family (outside operator).
NB. If tourist tax applied, it will be charged to the guest.
