Luxury car and helicopter transfers on request.

• All prices are VAT inclusive and refer to one-way trip with cars and minibus, to be paid locally to the taxi driver in cash or by credit card.
• Rates valid only for requests made prior to the start of the stay, thereafter current market rates will apply.
• Special Offer: € 20,00 discount if return transfer booked and confirmed within 3 days after the reservation of the stay. The round trip discount applies to the return fare and must be paid on the first leg of your journey.
• Service provided by transfer companies selected by Delphina Hotels & Resorts, with a bilingual call center (Italian/English), operating 24/7, 7 days a week.
• The service is guaranteed if requested at least three days prior the transfer’s date, otherwise subject to availability.
• You will receive, in due time, the transfer voucher as a confirmation. To be shown to the driver upon arrival, either in paper format or digitally. The service is not confirmed without the voucher.
• Nighttime fare: 20% surcharge for departures between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
• 50% supplement for service with a premium full optional vehicle like luxury Mercedes.
• 10% supplement for those who wish to pre-pay for the service, valid only for Travel Agencies.
• Cancellation fees referring to the cost of the transfer: For cancellations received up to 8 days prior to service no penalty fee; from 7 to 4 days before the service 10% penalty; from 3 to 1 day before the service 50% penalty; for later cancellations and no show 100% penalty.
