For us, raw ingredients are as worthy of care as the landscape and the sea. The breakfast at Torreruja, with its buffet, is a chance to discover those ingredients, fresh and carefully selected for you. You’ll find it on the panoramic terrace of the Tramonto Rosso Restaurant, overlooking the pool and the natural spectacle of the coast. It’s the ideal way to start your day in Sardinia: in the heart of a magnificent landscape, with all the best flavors on your plate.

Enjoy not only our dishes but also the settings in which they’re served. At the “Tramonto Rosso” restaurant, overlooking the colors of Isola Rossa, elegant buffets and cooking shows await, with both land and sea dishes. Or, by reservation and with a supplement, dine at “Sotto le Stelle,” a panoramic terrace over the gulfs of Marinedda and Asinara, an intimate and romantic spot with à la carte seafood specialties. From the same sea that hugs the coast and gives freshness to our plates.

Our restaurants are good for everyone. We offer celiac guests Mediterranean and regional gluten-free dishes, prepared with care and expertise: our kitchen staff receive annual training in certified courses, and Torreruja’s restaurants are part of the “Alimentazione Fuori Casa” program of the Italian Celiac Association. Simply request the service when booking, and then enjoy your holiday, at the table too.

That’s why we created “Selezione Delphina”: a selection of the finest local products, available to guests who want to take a piece of this land home at the end of their stay. Nord Ovest Snack Bar: poolside lunches with delicious dishes. Wood-fired pizza, fresh snacks full of flavor.
